    SW: 370 (Sept. 7th 2015)
    CW: 349 (after 9 weeks)
GW: 250 (for now, would eventually like to get to 220- 10% BF but want to get down to 250, then reassess where I'm at)
    Height: 6' 2"
    Age: 30 (31 in 7 days!)

I lift 4x a weeks (upper body 2x a week, legs 2x a week), cardio each day I lift (30 minute warm up treadmill at 3mph with a 2 incline with intervals of one minute at 5 or 6 incline, 20-30 minutes after lifting at 2.5-3mph no incline) and usually extended cardio 1-2 additional days depending on the week (hour tread mill 3mph with a 2 incline for 2 minutes 6 incline for one minute 20 times) and abs on cardio days (i just do them till they feel burned out)

MFP has my calories at 2380, unusually have around 1900-2300 and really try to hit my macros and micros as close as possible, I don't track workout calories so my deficit is probably a little higher than 1000 a day (shooting for 2 pounds a week). Also I do have a cheat day here and there and occasionally I'll have a bad weekend or a bad few days but when that happens I just regroup and get back in the gym and start to meal plan ahead (planning my meals a day or 2 in advance has helped A LOT! Lol)

Also, used MFP about a year ago and went from 370 to 325 doing only cardio, didn't watch macros and micros and ate pretty lousy. Ended up gaining it all back, feel like I'm really doing it right this time and the weight lifting has made a HUGE difference, I feel way stronger and even though I've only lost 21 pounds, I feel like I'm leaner than when I had gotten down to 325. I know there's no one size fits all fitness programs or nutrition plans but this is what has worked for me, good luck to everyone, hope this helps someone!

Started using MFP consistently 23 days ago and down 8 lbs! I workout 4-6 times/week, consisting of running, cycling swimming, 2-3 times/week light strength training. The days I don't do a structured workout, I walk the dog (fast walk!) for 30-45 min.

I am eating clean, no alcohol (for now), no soda (stopped drinking that many years ago), lean meat and lots of veggies!
