omg i so want to reach for a packet of crisps or a sandwich right now! just finished a shift at work, had some diet lemonade and want something to munch on!! what do I do!

    Eat a healthier sandwich option. Like turkey sandwich with Spinach tomatoes onions oil and vinegar . On whole grain bread or have a piece of fruit

    drink a glass of water then have your peach... you will feel even more full... go and find a good book to read, sounds boring but get the right book it really helps x

    Yes. Water, peach, then brush your teeth. That always seems to help signal my brain that I'm done eating.
