What would I log the biggest loser wii game as?

I just did the biggest loser game.. what would I log it as??

also does anyone else play it.. to me the calories is not accurate.. it says I burned 46..but it had me so worn out ect.. i bet it was more sigh

    hehe it kicked my butt!!! towards the end of the circuit..they wanted me to do jumping jacks..by then I was so worn out lol

    I have been logging it in as circuit training. Unless I was doing yoga on it.

    Do you go by the calories the biggest loser says..or do you just enter the minutes you did it and go by what MFP comes up for calories

    Wow you were busy!! I usually just do the wii fit each morning..didn't today though.. but I'm going to order 30DS.. so I'll do both each day..

    I usually just go for a run and jog in the evenings, and wii fit every now and then. but i wanted to start the shred, and i recently discovered POP Pilates (youtube it- shes great). I weighed in today as well, and i do that on my wii. and when i weigh in i always play for a little bit. i was up at 6am- i had nothing better to do. lol

    I usually just go for a run and jog in the evenings, and wii fit every now and then. but i wanted to start the shred, and i recently discovered POP Pilates (youtube it- shes great). I weighed in today as well, and i do that on my wii. and when i weigh in i always play for a little bit. i was up at 6am- i had nothing better to do. lol

    hehe I'm hoping once my step daughter gets here we can go walking during the weekends (fiancee is gone m-f) so that will help me with exercising. The wii fit (where I weight myself all the time on) shows less than my digital scale.. (i tested it yesterday) do you go by the wii fit weight?

    Yeah, all I have is a wii fit. no real scale at all.
    I'm hoping to get one monday though. i have found that some days my wii fit is WAY off. once, i "gained" 20 pounds over night!

    LOL... too funny. so far mine keeps going down.. I would be worried it went up and down all the time. so i'm still gonna go by it. I don't trust my digital scale..that thing has been bumped around ect with my kids ... but I don't know which one is right. if you get one let me know if it says the same thing as the wii fit..or close

    I go by what MFP comes up with, because I think the calories that the game says are wayyyy off. When I'm literally dripping sweat onto the ground, I didn't but only 20 calories lol.

    LOL i totally agree... that game kicks my butt.. but thats a good thing right :) yeah I can't believe it claims I lost 46 calories between the warm up and the exercises..that is crazy!
