Needing motivation

I can eat very healthy. But its the working out part i cant commit to. What do you to to get yourself off the couch to workout? Or to just walk?

    I remind myself that I will feel good after, and then I just do it. Or I take a day off when needed.

    I sign up for a race and that helps knowing I need to be able to get through the race so I'm in the gym.

    I also struggle with committing to working out! The eating healthy part is a breeze for me but I never seem to workout! I'm curious about people's suggestions.
