App delays?

I have sent support a message but no reply so maybe someone can answer here. I get a 15-30 second delay on every input to app including typing in passcode and checking food button or attempting to access community area. Ipod is fine on all other apps. Wifi is good wherever I log in from. Any settings that can be adjusted? Anyone else experiencing a nasty lag in app?

    Uninstall,& reinstall the app and then log back on. This fixed the problem for me and all your data is kept.

    It happened with me too, and did the same.... Uninstall and install again

    Same thing is happening to me. I'm reinstalling it right now
