I started this weight loss journey 1 week ago. When i started i was at 158.5
I weighted a week later (yesterday) 155.5
Today i weighted again and its up to 160!!!!!
What did i do wring "(
I feel like all the effort was for nothing

It's just water weight it depends on the time of day you weighed yourself, what you ate or drank, sometimes your period can throw off the scale. It's normal to fluctuate a couple of pounds I know it can be frustrating... But I usually weigh myself the same time of day wearing similar clothes0

Do u recommend weighting once a week or daily?

Depends on you and what you are comfortable with. I weigh daily because I like the data points on my graph... but I'm a junky for data. Others weigh weekly, or every fortnight. Depends entirely on you and your level of comfort.0
