First Timer to my Fitnesspal

Hello, this is all new to me and I could really use some support to stick with it. I want to lose 30 lbs and get on a good regiment of exercise. Any comments are appreciated.

Welcome! Just be patient with yourself--weight loss is a marathon, not a sprint. The weight didn't come on overnight, it won't come off that way, either. Everybody has good days and bad days, the important thing is to not give up and keep going because you will eventually get where you want to go!0

Pick a calorie goal to lose weight, buy a food scale and log everything you eat.....exercise if you're so inclined, it helps!!!
I would also suggest finding groups here with similar goals and challenges!!!
