I'm beth, 23 from the UK & believe that encouragement and support goes a long way! Happy to make new friends! My goal is to lose 10kg & drink more water :) how do people interact with friends on here and provide encouragement? X

    You can become friends and send encouragement directly to a person. Kind of have a texting conversation.

    My second day too mostly using it to track food diary not really familiar with other options but i used it to track my steps too

    I have been on a few weeks as far as socialising goes Its a little like facebook in that there is a news feed/wall where you can post comments 'like' and reply which everybody can see or you can privately pm people if they are your friends or you know their name.
