After 23 months at just a bit more than 1 pound per week I'm down 115 pounds. In another couple of years I'll get to where I want to be. After 25 years of getting fat I'm not going to lose it quickly.
Also as I get more active I'm developing more muscle. Muscle is more dense than fat. So? I still need to add the muscle mass for health as much as I need to lose weight.
Congrats! That's amazing!0 -

You have a lot of generic items and cups in there, they're inaccurate. Also days that are not logged, are you eating these days or taking a day off?

The supplements that work are always pulled from the market because they're dangerous. As of now, there is no safe pill that burns fat faster. When there is, it will be on every newscast, magazine cover, and it'll be all over the Internet. People will even sell things that sound like it, trying to make some money. Everyone will be talking about it. You won't be able to escape knowing about it.
Until that day comes, the old-fashioned advice is still the best: eat right and exercise.
Losing weight slowly beats not losing weight! It's hard work. It takes a long time. But in the end, you'll be thin.
It's worth doing!!0 -
@SLDB68 I just wanted to say how happy I am that you came back to your thread. Most new members who pose these types of questions run away in a hissy fit when they don't get the answers they want. You're still here, which is a good sign0

As you become a smaller person everything you do burns fewer calories than before.....hence a weighted vest burns some calories.
Patience.......slow & steady helps you keep it off too.0 -
