I think I know the answer to this but I don't want to be missing something. When looking at minimum and max calories does everyone look at Net Calories or just calories for min or max?

I pay little attention to Net Calories.
It's just a personal thing - what interests you? There is no right and wrong on this.

No such thing as net calories. Calories are calories.0

kallkel, so if you exercise during the day you still stay under the calorie number that they give you to lose weight? I have done that most days but there are a few days I have gone over that number. However, my net calories are always under.0

My first month here I went by net calories (with the goal of losing 1 pound a week). But as I was losing at a slower rate than 1 pound a week, I decided to stop eating back my exercise calories (I only lightly exercise, no major burns), so now ignore net calories.
