I need accountability partners.

My name is Kirsten and I am on day two of counting calories. I work a desk job, so it's harder for me to be..active? Back in September I messed up my MCL which has stopped me from doing yoga, going to the gym, and more - it's kind of been driving me insane. I'm starting a journey of calorie counting to get back down to 130 pounds, which I haven't been for quite sometime, and I need accountability partners to help with that. I need motivation and advice. How do I do this? Advice on foods, snacks, meal planning? Help!

    Add me. I have lost about a kg in last 4 days ever I since I joined this. It's an amazing way to keep a track on my food intake and to stop myself.
