Post your favorite 'must have" quick eats!

As a SAHM mom of a 7-month old and a 3-year old, I need to have quick foods on hand for meals, snacks, etc. to stay on the bandwagon. Sometimes I get in a rut eating the same thing or start resorting to processed food. Please post your favorite FLAVORFUL quick eats here....minimally processed preferred. Thanks!

Fruits, nuts, laughing cow cheese wth veggies, I often keep popcorn popped and bagged in little baggies(not the microwable kind)0

Bean dip and celery.

Houmous is dead easy to make from scratch - good for you, satisfying and you know exactly what's in it. I always have some in the fridge and have it on toast/crispbakes/raw veg depending on how I feel.
1 tin chickpeas
1 tablespoon tahini
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon of the water from the tin
1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon garlic puree
This recipe makes 3 portions of around 150kcals.
Whizz it up using a stick blender until it's smooth and lovely.
(add extra garlic/lemon juice/coriander puree/some harissa if you fancy)0 -

My favorite late-afternoon snack is 2 lightly salted rice cakes, each with about a teaspoon of natural almond butter...very yummy, healthy and filling!0

Whole wheat toast. You can keep it from getting boring by changing what you top it with-- low sugar jam, low fat cream cheese, peanut butter, whatever!0

Breakfast:
quick oats, bananas, whole wheat toast, eggs
Lunch/Dinner:
Pre-cooked boneless skinless chicken breast with some frozen broccoli and whatever for flavoring
Snacks: fruit, cottage cheese, greek yogurt, and raw almonds.0 -
