Losing Weight

Over the years, I've been wanting to lose weight. It hasn't been easy cause I haven't been consistent. I would like to lose 20 pounds, but every time I want to start to exercise journey it just goes blah. I really want the best for myself. But I need that motivation. HELP!

    Well, weight loss comes down to calories in vs. calories out, which is best achieved by creating a calorie deficit through diet first. Exercise is just bonus. Focus on your intake.

    It's not really something to consider. It is how you lose weight.
