How to be consistent on your fitness journey

I been wanting to lose weight and get fit for a couple of years now, but I always tend to fall off and start all over again.

I honestly feel exhausted and sluggish about my body. And I honestly need some support along my fitness journey.

Can anyone offer me some tips.
