I'm 45 pounds down right now. I'd love to be 20 more down by January 1st! But that's only 7(ish) weeks away0

Hi. I know I'm late to this but can I join?0
-

I know weekly weigh in is Sunday or Monday but I 'felt' thinner today.
My goal for New Year is 155#. Happily reporting a whoosh. Today = 157.4#
With just over six weeks left dare I hope to be 145, my final goal? Two-ish pounds a week?
If that happens, please be prepared for fireworks over my house!

You have still lost the weight its just hidden under the fluid at the mo, as soon as the fluid reduces then so will your weight try and keep your chin up and believe me I know that will be hard keep trying to eat as well and exercise as well as you were before and when the fluid gets its self in check you will be rewarded with a huge weight loss0 -
I have lost 1 pound this week finally breaking a four week plateau Now lost 8 pounds since the start of October, 12 to go!!0

Don't even stress over it. It's just water weight. Yesterday I hopped on the scale and almost had a heart attack when it 'said' I gained 1 lbs (I've been sick and eating a lot of salty soups, so that's probably why)! I hopped on again this morning and was down 3 lbs. Just eat right and drink lots of water and it should regulate itself in no time. Stay strong!0 -

I was doing really well (lost 54 lbs since May) but completely fell off the wagon last month and gained almost 2 lbs back. I'm back on track, though, and could really use some extra motivation!

I'm really certain I won't make it now but that's okay! I'm only 2 pounds away from a healthy weight so I'm having to pull back on the loss rate, otherwise I'd be getting less than 1200 a day. I'm now eating 1400-1500 for a while and enjoying it while it lasts, it'll creep back down to 1200 when I get near my ultimate goal weight (115).0 -
Checking in late last week I lost a pound and this week I lost 0.2 I am now 225.8 with a total to lose for this at 6.2 pounds.Even though I loss 0.2 I made a big milestone of losing 30 pounds since I started mfp for all those losing slowly it all adds up after awhile do not let small weight discourage you just keep on and before you know it 10 or more pounds will be gone look at me I have lost 30 so far.I hope everyone has a happy and safe Thanksgiving.0
