Hi guys, I'm new to this site but like what I see so far, I want to lose weight and get fit, I spend most of my working week on my feet, i'm a carer in an old people's home and do 12hr shifts which I can say are shattering. So motivation for my days off is definitely needed. Thanks in advance guys. X

    Welcome duckie73! You can do this. Just take a small step, and then another, then another. Before you know it, you'll be amazed at how far you've come!

    Thanks that's good advice, I'm finding it hard but I'm determined lol I will get there in the end
