I shot back down to 152 and this morning up 154.4. :-/ Ive been eating a ton but not going over 1200 net. That seems like a big gain!! I was hoping this "eating more" thing was going to help me keep going down. :-(((

Sounds like water weight or similar to me. I wouldn't worry about it unless it lasts more than 2-3 days. There is a very good chance it will go right back down. I know I can gain up to 4lbs in one night if my body decides to store water0

As suggested, I wouldn't even think about it unless it's still there in 3 or 4 days - the body has a mind of it's own sometimes, something a little salty the day before, extra water, time of the month - lots of things can give you a small gain that will be gone again in the blink of an eye0

Definitely sounds like water and since you're a woman, it probably has to do with your cycle. If you're getting close to your period, that may explain it. If not that, have you been eating anything high in sodium? That could cause water retention.0

Eating more you will have more "food in transit" too lol0

Do a search. Our body weight fluctuates all the time. Try putting your scale away and only weighing once a week. I was 204.5 on Saturday and this morning i was 207. I was way under my calorie goal yesterday as well. Just keep doing what you've been doing to lose weight.0

Always weigh yourself in the morning, after you use the restroom. Our weight can fluctuate throughout the day by 2 to 5lbs sometimes. Unless you ate 7000 calories over your alotted amount then there is no way you gained weight. It is probably from sodium or normal body fluctuation. This is why I only weigh myself once a week.....usually Saturday morning. Hope this helps.0

Thanks guys. I weight myself first thing every time, so that isn't it. It should be TOM, so I'm hoping it's water weight. I guess the past couple of weeks I've really been trying hard to work the plan better, plus I've been drinking tons more water and switching up my exercise routines. I was so thrilled to see my weight shoot down from 159 back to my pre-vacations weight of 152, that I thought. FINALLY! THAT MUST HAVE BEEN IT! I HAVEN'T BEEN EATING ENOUGH! MY WEIGHT WILL FALL OFF NOW. YAYYYYYYY!!!!
Finding that may not be true is a kick in the gut. It makes me nervous eating all these extra snacks, but I know I need to net 1200. Maybe I need to eat even MORE? I don't know. I just want to see the gosh darn scale to move past the 150's for flipping once in over a year. I was down to 146 at one point....wish I could get back to that. :-(0 -
Look at your food, check your sodium, see if it is getting high, and if it is TOM be careful of sodium during this time.0
