    I am excited to see what new things I am going to see over the next 165 days to complete my first year as a healthier me!!!!

    Really I just watched how much I was eating and I work out 6 days a week. I learned that if I gave up everything I liked I would fail. That is what has always happened to me. So this time I took a different approach to it. The only thing I gave up was pop I really can eat what I want its about how much of it that I eat. I watch my calories daily and make sure everyday starts out with a workout.
