Hi im Wendy and I just want to tone up and loose the weight I put on when I was hybernating this winter.:smile: Would love any suggestions that anyone has to offer.

    Hi Wendy,

    I suppose it depends how much you would like to lose, and your current weight. For me in the first week I lost 4lb, same again for the 2nd week without any exercise! The other weeks I've been losing 2lb ish, and unfortunately last time I weighed in I hadn't lost any. So I decided to start swimming, just a nice moderate swim. I was so anxious to get on the scales for my weekly weigh in tomorrow, that I cheated and got on them today, and yayy at least another 3lb ish gone! Plus if I do exercise it means I can have that extra few calories when I get peckish before bed! Haha.
