Hi all . I am from the UK. I'm 44 and a happy wife, mum of 5 and grandma. I want to get back my pre baby body (I last saw this when I was 16!) I know it's a big ask but I am very determined...
I have lost 12lb since April this year and am looking to build on this by introducing cardio and weights. I really need motivation, accountability and advice...I want to be the best I can be by my 45th birthday (I have 9 months to do this!)
