Got reccomended by my PT at gym to bulk on those stats for a 1lb a week gain. Im gonna go a 4 month bulk.
Does this look right? Im 5ft 10 77kg

You don't need anywhere near that amount of protein. Get a minimum 0.4 g/lb bodyweight of fat, minimum 0.6 g/lb bodyweight protein. Naturals can only synthesize up to about 0.86 g/lb bodyweight protein. Keep carbs high to keep glycogen reserves loaded and mTOR pathway activated.0

What changed from the first recommendation? the size of bulk, 0.5 to 1lb/week ??? That said it is up to you, but the advice you got in the other thread still holds true, go with that0 -

Only thing that changed was indecided tomgo for lb week instead of 0.5
That is what I thought. pick one and run with it or pick something in between by going to custom goal setting, adjust as necessary0 -

I know the feels. I spent a lot of time losing weight too. I'm only a few weeks in and yeah, my tummy is a little round...BUT I also hit two PRs in one day yesterday and thought idgaf if my tummy is a little round when I'm getting strong and building muscle.
Anyway, you have things figured out. You know you're going to gain a little fat. Just go with it.0 -

Honestly, you just have to run the bulk and do it. I mean if you gain ten pounds you are not going to be fat again, and you can cut five pounds off in five weeks if you really need to , hell you could cut all ten off in ten weeks...0 -

Haha. Its so mentally difficult! For 2 years my mentaliyy has been dont eat that you need to lose weight, now changing my mentality to trying to gain weight is weird haha0 -

I went through the same thing ...three years ago I was going to run my first bulk and I chickened out and just ate at maintenance, slight deficit. Two years ago, I said "the hell with it" and jut did it and really liked the process, so now I am running my second bulk/cut cycle.0 -

Okay. Ill swallow my fears and go with it. Btw one quick question, do you ever eat unhealthy foods to hit your macros, say im low on fat, have like a chocolate bar or a milkshake? Or is thst forbidden?0 -
Obviously ill eat clean foods to try hit my macros, but is the odd dirty food forbidden? Surely if its a bulk as long as it fits your macros you should be ok?0

additional note, you do not need to eat "clean" to minimize fat gains. What clean bulking refer to is a small surplus - 250 calories over maintenance - for a .5 pound per week gain to minimize fat gains.0
