I'm going to go for a run in the morning. Probably Friday, too.0
-
If I could, yes. But I'll be working in the morning and my gym will be closed when I get off.0
-
I'm either going for a run or a hike because there's lots of free time. I'll lift and hike on Friday as well. Saturday I'm taking my kids to an indoor obstacle course.0
-
5k....with the family...and 1,000 other turkeys.0
-
If I was in a town where I could go to a gym, sure. I'll take a run the day after. I haven't ran in months and months so that'll be interesting.0
-
I work out at home, so it's easy peasy to fit it in. Well and I have minions to peel potatoes for me that morning. haha.0
-
Not Thursday, but will be out for a brisk walk on both Wed and Fri.0
-
Absolutely!!0
-
Indeed.
15k to make room for bourbon and starch.0 -
I would if I were celebrating, but il working. My family always goes for hikes though on major holidays. It's great and never busy.0

Ok so not just me. I'll be working out at home as well. In the morning0
-
Yep! It will be my 7th year in a row running my hometown's 5K with my best friend (and 10,000 others) in the morning. Not a huge burn but anything helps the calorie madness. I run for egg nog.0
-
Yep, I'll be working out. My husband doesn't get off work until 3 pm and has to go back at 5:30 so we're staying home and dinner will be at 4. Nothing much going on that day.0
-
Depends on what is going on that year. I would but the gym does close and my work doesn't, so I'm going to work close shift, then work morning on Friday, so I'll just be doing that instead. And my schedule is set for those as days off, but with a different schedule and it was an option, sure I would lift or run.0
-
totally, probably cardio in the AM...0
-
5k that morning0
-
Every Thanksgiving I go to Ocean City, MD and walk the boardwalk which makes for a 5 mile circuit. I try to get started at sunrise so I can see sun come up over the ocean. Should be great weather this year.0

4.748 mile road race Thanksgiving morning.0
-
Yes but probably only HIIT inside since it's supposed to be raining. But a special digestion yoga class in Friday0
-
I workout at home, so yes I will be working out on Thursday0
-
I have a treadmill and rack at home, so most likely I'll do one or the other first thing in the morning.0
-
Yes. 5k Turkey Trot that morning.0
-
Wow. You are all awesome and great. I love the dedication in here0
-
Probably doing something. Light Cardio, take the dog for a longer walk. Perhaps some weights. Lots of time in the AM before going to the In-Laws for dinner.0
-
Maybe. It's a rest day from lifting, but I'll probably take the dog(s) for a run, depends on how lazy I decide to be that morning.0
-
My fitness center is having a 5k Turkey Trot in the morning so I will be doing that.
I walk for wine0 -
I'm going to be somewhere in the middle of nowhere and am hoping to get a hike in to truly enjoy the sights.0
-
Of course. I love getting up early and working out on the holidays. Probably some hockey at 6:30, home by 9-9:30, bloody mary and football by 11:30.0
