Strength training

I just started using MyFitnessPal and logging strength exercises. I can't find any way to affect my calories, fitness reports or any other way of looking at the results of the log. Does MyFitnessPal do ANYTHING with strength logs beside log them? There are a bunch of good tools to report strength work if this one is not helping.

You can report them under cardio, but the strength log is just for a log.0

I also use a Polar HRM that straps across my chest to tell me how many calories I burn and log it under Cardio.0

Cardio-Strength Training
Cardio- Caslisthenics, light/moderate effort
Cardio -calistenics, Vigorous effort
Cardio, Circuit training, general.
If you are using a program that estimates your calorie burn, adjust your time accordingly.0 -
Thanks for all the replies. Good info.0
