Garlic and Herb Wings
Makes 2 1/2 pounds of wings.
1 Packet of McCormick Garlic and Herb Buffalo Wings seasoning mix
2 1/2 pounds drumettes/wingettes
Lawry's Steak and Chop marinade
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Preheat oven to 450. Clean wings, stick them into a large bowl. Cover/coat wings with Lawry's Steak and Chop marinade, let a little of the marinade fill at the bottom of the bowl that way they get really flavorful. Throw in a teaspoon of minced garlic. With your hand just mix everything around, you can add more garlic if you like, I always tend to. Sit these in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to marinade. When finished get a large plastic baggy. Put marinated chicken in the bag along with McCormick's Garlic and Herb buffalo wings seasoning mix (comes in a packet). Toss until wings are evenly coated. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray to prevent sticking. Line up all of the wings and bake for 25 minutes. For a little extra flavor I like little garlic chunks on my wings so I put a little bit more minced garlic on the ones that don't have much from the marinade. Also to taste, I put pepper. a little garlic salt, and McCormick's Montreal steak seasoning on top of the wings before I stick them in. These are SO flavorful in delicious. If you don't love garlic as much as I do you can go without any of the minced garlic.
Okay so according to the back of the Garlic and herb seasoning mix I used, for the 2 1/2 pounds of chicken there's 6 servings. So Per serving I calculated the calorie count to be about 360 and that's like 4-5 wings a person.

Wings are my downfall. They are also the reason I weighed almost 300 lbs. They, along with starbucks, are the devil!!!!
Your recipe sounds divine though!

I actually don't have the calorie count, sorry ladies! It's not THE healthiest meal but it's definitely a better alternative to Buffalo Wild Wings or something. It's baked, not fried, and they're very little ingredients. I haven't put it into MFP yet to see how many calories it is but I will. Plus you can make it as a finger food for a party or something that way if you only have one or two it doesn't matter anyways lol. Chicken wings is just one of the things that I cannot go without even on my diet so I try to make then a little better than they usually are0

I'll try and put the calorie count together really quick!0

I love chicken wings too so they will not be going anywhere! I also eat alot of chicken breast because I dont eat red meat or pork so I may try this recipe with boneless skinless breast I bet it will be just as good! Thanks for posting!0

never tried making it like that but I bet it would be good! I also made this before I started eating super healthy so that's why it's not the best.0 -
