    I just don't have time to do that much cardio & strength training between work and family. I usually do a combination of both about 3 or 4 days a week for a total of 1 hour each time. But starting Monday, I challenge myself to get away from my desk each day long enough to walk up and down 11 flights of stairs since I work on the 17th floor. I'm working from home tomorrow, or I'd do start tomorrow.

    and my motivation wasn't there today. I just don't feel well, im exhausted and my body is sore from my ridiculous run yesterday....HELP!
