Hi everyone,

I'm 19 and a sophomore in college studying psychology and neuroscience. Looking for support to get through this holiday season + beyond. I'm currently trying to lose about 20 pounds or so (I'm around 136lbs at the moment), but I'm fine with my weight as long as I gain it back in muscle. I'm going to be Kayla Itsines BBG for the first time and I really need to stick with it! If anyone wants to be my buddy and help me through this, I would love that! Any age/workout goals are welcome!

Currently, due to health conditions, I can't eat any red meat (it makes me horribly sick) and I take protein supplements at least once a day. I'm not big on counting calories but I'm trying to watch what I eat and drink 2L of water a day. I tend to eat a lot of carbs, which has always been my problem.. and college food doesn't help!
