Is this an unhealthy weight?? I want to lose more, and people say I'm skinny but I just feel chubby!

It's on the low end of the BMI chart. A body recomp would probably be your best bet now.0

It's about the absolute lowest someone your height should go. You're not chubby. Perhaps you need some fitness goals.0

We all do need a certain amount of fat on our bodies to be healthy. I think 118 at your age and height is perfect.0

Your profile says that you want to lose 18 pounds? NO.0

You are at a fantastic weight for your height. I wouldn't recommend losing more. I would recommend that you switch gears and focus on resistance training. Train hard and eat to maintain weight. Over time, you'll get leaner (what I think you're really looking for) and build muscle. That will make you a more fit and healthy person. I know how hard it is when you're done losing weight. I had troubles with it too. I will tell you that hitting the weights is so fun and will take your fitness to the next level0

You're at the LOW end. You are not "chubby". Don't lose more.0

You all helped me out tons!! Thank you!!

Instead of thinking about weight loss ( your already a low weight ) why not concentrate your efforts on a recomp ???
You could begin a progressive strength training program and eat at maintenance. It is a slow process but will transform your body. Google stronglifts or nrolfw0 -
Check your body fat percentage. For a woman you want to be in the 18-24% range.0

NOT chubby.0

Can anyone provide recomp links? OP may not know what we mean by "recomp".0

Technically there's no such thing as a "recomp", you're either in an anabolic state or a catabolic state and that's it. Some people will alternate between these two states and over time a net effect of "gaining muscle and losing fat".
My recommendation to you, and the best cure for "skinny-fat" in general is to start lifting weights and increase your calories and protein intake so you can build a good foundation of lean muscle mass. Once you're up 10-15lb then work on leaning out by dropping your calories. I wouldn't try to get thinner at this point..0 -

Some people just like to say "anabolic" and "catabolic".

You can be thin and flabby/not toned which might get interpreted as being chubby. Lift weights or do resistance traing like people said and you will be lean and firm which is probably what you want and need.0

Yea basically. And what I mean earlier- people throw around the word recomp as if it's an actual thing and the write-ups on the topic are based on shortly science and half-truths. Better to just be straight forward about it, bulk and put some lean mass on then cut down to your desired level of lean-ness (subjective).
