So here are my numbers

GW (for this challenge) :247.8
If I did my math right that will average to about 2lbs a week. Who knows what my body will decide to do though. I just keep on like I am now. Watching calories (1600-1800 a day) and carbs for blood sugar reasons. I walk at least 3 miles a day and do Yoga for about 10 minutes a day. I take a rest day maybe twice a month.0 -

Hi all!
I followed the last challenge for the little snippets of motivational help, which I thought were excellent. This time, I'll give it a go.
I normally weigh in kilos - does that matter?
SW 1/12 - 70.4kg
GW 29/2 - 67.5kg
This will put me within the "normal" range of the BMI chart - yes, I know that system is flawed but it's as good a target as any!
