My year has been one for the record books. Glad to be getting back into shape and losing weight for myself! Can't wait to start feeling better.

    This past year has been crazy for me as well! Everything in my life has been turned upside down and I have totally gotten off track and have gained 30 pounds of the 100 I lost. I'm really mad at myself and trying to find the motivation to do this again. Good luck. !
