according to who/what are those your carb goals? both of those numbers can be considered "low" carb depending who you ask.

What is your goal when it comes to carb cycling? In other words, why have you chosen to cycle your carbs?

Weight loss occurs because of a calorie deficit. This means that as long as you eat less calories than your body burns, you will lose weight - regardless of how many carbs you specifically eat.

People recommend a lot of different types of diets, and you are certainly free to choose whatever sounds best to you. But just be aware that you can certainly lose weight without worrying about carb cycling - or without worrying about the best types of foods, or best time to eat, how many meals to eat each day, etc., as these all come down to personal preference (choose types of foods that you enjoy, and that make you feel full).

If you put your stats (height, weight, age) into MyFitnessPal, it will tell you how many calories you should be eating, in order to reach your goal. Log your food accurately, and stick to that calorie goal and you will lose weight :)

Protein should remain constant every day. What varies as you move your carbs around, is healthy Fats. On lower carb days you eat more fat, on higher carb days you eat less fat. :)

BTW - the 20/100 is a great strategy!

What are your stats? I carb cycle. I'm 5'3" and 114.6 pounds; I get to eat 250ish carbs on my high days and I stick between 50 and 100 on my low days (without subtracting for fiber). The numbers you're getting seem extremely low, so I'm guessing you at least have to be shorter and lighter than me or, at the very least, less active to be getting those numbers.

Under 100g doesn't sound like a "high" carb day

Ah you're quite small, got ya.

20g of carbs is very hard to maintain, you'd need to eat hardly any root vegetables and stick to greeny veg.

Stick to whole protein sources, not processed, and through in nuts if you like them. Salad is ok but go easy on tomatoes.

You'd be much better off upping your carb intake, as already points out, calories in and out are essentially what dictate weight loss. Try doing cardio and toning exercises.
