    @fanncy0626 Stronglifts 5X5. You can look it up at stronglifts.com. Lifting three days per week. Weighing and logging ALL my food. Cardio here and there, once a week or so.

    Although it's great to see the amazing change in peoples physique, what I notice more than anything is look at their faces. In virtually every case on the 'after' photo's they're all smiling!! Physical and mental changes are very powerful - awesome job to everyone who has posted so far
