Today I am officially no longer 'overweight' and am in the 'healthy' BMI range. It feels really great, and I hope my health keeps improving from here! Good luck to everyone on their journey to better health.

Congrats! :drinker: My next goal will put me in the "overweight" range. I can't wait to not be "obese". After that, the healthy range is close behind. Nice to hear someone has made it!! keeps me inspired to go on.0
