I was going to wait to implement lifestyle changes until after the holiday, but then thought later was not an option. This needs to happen now. I struggle because my other half can eat and eat and never gain a pound and I just cant eat like him anymore. I am starting an eating regimen and exercise routine to help loose fat and build muscle. Any helpful advice in appreciated!

I know that feeling ... my family can eat anything they want too and they are all skinny. It's hard to watch when he can sit down with a bowl of ice cream and a bag of chips and if I even look at that stuff I gain weight lol. Biggest piece of advice? It's easier to eat what you would normally make for the family for dinner so you're not feeling left out and save your calories for that dinner through the day. It's helped me a lot.0
