Have any of you used Shredz supplements? Ive been wanting to try out this particular brand but before hand I wanted to hear some opinions, thoughts? Or is there any other brand you guys would recommend? Thanks

I take whey protein isolate, 45 minutes before my workout. I blended it with a banana and almond milk
Another portion of whey protein isolate, mixed with water only, To drink at the gym,for immediately after workout
