    Successes/struggles this week: My weigh ins are on Friday. I stayed away from all junk and salt, exercised like crazy and stayed within my calorie allotment.

    Successes/struggles this week: I'm going to be positive - I will break the 130 lbs mark before the new year! With that, I would of lost at least 10 lbs this year! Even more positive is being the healthy bmi range at 123 lbs starting the new year. We can do it! :D

    Successes/struggles: I lost my water weight and then some. Things have been going pretty smooth with the weight loss this last while. Struggle: I'm tired because I'm not getting enough sleep, which makes me not want to exercise.

    Just a suggestion, I encourage you to go ahead and keep tracking no matter what you eat. I used to do exactly what you mentioned. When I stopped doing that and wrote down EVERYTHING, (even the 20 miniature Reese's cups) I couldn't hide from the numbers. It was a reality check. I began to slowly make better choices so I wouldn't have to see those numbers on my tracker. I'm glad to read that you keep trying. Best of luck to you.

    I was having some pain on my left side this week so didn't exercise . I overate on Monday, Saturday and Friday. Is that enough to put on 2 pounds? MFP veterans please respond . Thanks xxx

    A little late, went to the doctor and had tests to find out why I was getting acid reflux and bloating. No thyroid issue or tumors - just age and overweight!!!! SO embarrassed, he advised Weight Watchers but going back to MFP before I spend any money.
