Do a search here. Tons of posts about it. Bottom line, without all the personal bravado about how amazing a person is, sex only burns about 150 calories or less per session. (Yes, even if you are believe you have porn star type sex, or are a sexual Olympiad).0

I've had a few friends in the past who have logged it in. Even the lazy morning sex kind. I personally don't think it is and to be frank, I roll my eyes when a friend logs in 15 minutes of housework lol0
