To be able to do pull-ups/chin-ups
Be able to eat intuitively instead of counting calories
To like what I see in the mirror. I already do, but I have a certain look in mind.

I have actually achieved most of my NSG's:
    • I have been able to kayak all day long
    • I was able to walk around Lake Geneva in Wisconsin in one day (Lakeshore path is a total of 23.5 miles)
    • I can swim more than a mile without stopping (currently do 1.5 miles of laps)
    • I can do flip turns while swimming (all the fat kept me from tucking)
    • Walk up and down stairs without needing the handrail

    Goals not achieved yet:
    • Be able to hike for several hours with a full backpack
    • Shop at regular stores in the Misses department (I can find a few things in places like Target and Kohls, but most are still a little too tight)
    • Sit down on the floor and get up with ease (may not happen until I get a knee replaced :( )

    These are great!

    1. Do an unassisted pull up. I finally got brave enough to try the assisted pull up machine last week and am more than half way to my goal weight.

    2. I want to be able to steal clothes from my daughter's closet and wear them. Our styles don't really match but I'd like to know I could.

    3. I want to wear jeans again. Not fat jeans that stretch, plain old Levis. It's probably been 20 years since I could.

Cool that several people want to skydive. I haven't been since I found out I was pregnant with our son (and he turns 20 in March) but it's an awesome sport. I made over 800 jumps and it's how I met my husband!

To be able to wrap one towel all the way around. The top connects but the bottom is wide open. Idk why but this is one of my big goals!

hehehe I did this the other day and just to see if I could do it and was so shocked!

I have a goal that is to be fit and nimble when I hit my elder years. I want to still be able to walk and dance with my wife and throw a ball around with my son. I've seen the effect on knees and hips and I'm doing my best to build up muscle to ensure I don't wear those joints out!

I'd like to lift my butt onto my hands and bend my legs over to the floor in yoga this week.
If not this week, then the week after....
I'd like to stop wearing "I give up" clothes, and pick out something from my closet that I really like!
I'd like to sit comfortably and not make room for my budda belly.
