I'm no expert and obviously should not post again. Though I have regained some calf & thigh muscle doing cardio exercises whilst on a calorie deficit diet.

You must be gaining muscle and overall fitness with all the cardio exercise - it is good for you. Maybe you should do extra strength training with lots of abs exercises included if you specifically want to change the shape of your tummy.

Without a calorie surplus and a good strength training program, it's highly unlikely he's gaining muscle

It's practically improbable to gain muscle on a calorie deficit (with a few exceptions). Also direct training of a body part doesn't reduce fat, nor change the shape of a muscle. It can get bigger or slightly atrophy, but genetics aren't changeable so it's shape is it's shape.

You're likely losing stomach fat but more slowly than other fat. It is a common "last to lose"spot, as in you may have disproportionately more fat there even down to the last few pounds.

Even I am not losing weight it's content from last 8 month (70kg) . I started this exercise plan from this month only earlier I was doing 15-20 mins cardio followed by one body part. My look is more or less same .
@Mailbu I have gone threw the thread u pasted,I have followed that as well . I am not expecting flat tummy in 1 month but its been around 6-7 months and I don't see any improvement .
Should I go with personal trainer ?

I checked online n found iam under weight .I am 6 feet tall having weight 70kg. One more thing I would like to tell when I was doing strength training then weight lifting reached to saturation as I used do alone in gym and don't have anyone to provide me support to increase the weight I lift.

Lose the bread, rice, and oatmeal. Cut cardio 2 twice weekly (20 min each). Pump Iron twice a week. Eat low carb (less than 100/day).
