Something tells me I could be looking at a weight gain on the tuesday weigh in- and there I was hoping for 1.5 lbs. I will up my veggie game and try to make it for the other weigh ins.0

I'm struggling in the evening. That's when I finally sit down to relax and was often when I'd snack. It's difficult retraining my brain and acknowledging that I'm not really hungry. It's just a bad habit. Slowly breaking that habit!
Maybe if you change the type of snacks would help? If I get hungry at night, I'll eat light popcorn, etc.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I weighed myself on Friday and was very happy with the lose! I REFUSE to weigh myself today because it is that time of the month now and that will only wreak havoc on my motivation. I will start back with Monday weigh in's next week.
Weekends in general are my struggle.. but I am getting through them... allowing my self 1-2 cheat meals a weeks (out out of 21 meals I dont think that is too bad). I have also cut out alcohol for the past 2 weeks. This weekend I know we are celebrating a birthday and I am going to want to have a few drinks.. what does everyone do in that situation?? ugh why cant be skinny be EASY??? lol.0 -

Last night I ate quite a bit. I'm happy with my loss. Being so short, I have a calorie allowance of 1260 a day to lose a pound a week. Not quite sure how I lost so much this week, must be water weight.0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Just been feeling a bit bloated and uncomfortable digestive wise since yesterday, bought some prune juice and it seems to be helping a little bit!
