When I track my sugars consumed the artificial sweetener I use show up as a sugar even though it is zero nutrients, should I discount this?

You're using incorrect entries or making them, the nutrition data should not clock artificials as sugar.

Is it actually showing a caloric number, or just what you entered? I would expect it to list what you tell it but not add calories.
