    Something tells me I could be looking at a weight gain on the tuesday weigh in- and there I was hoping for 1.5 lbs. I will up my veggie game and try to make it for the other weigh ins.

    I'm struggling in the evening. That's when I finally sit down to relax and was often when I'd snack. It's difficult retraining my brain and acknowledging that I'm not really hungry. It's just a bad habit. Slowly breaking that habit!

    Maybe if you change the type of snacks would help? If I get hungry at night, I'll eat light popcorn, etc.

    I was ill over the weekend so I think some of that weight may be due to the sickness. Otherwise I was on point with food and exercise all week. But a loss is a loss and I'll take it.

    Successes/struggles this week: Kick off weight was a bit high, but was very good about tracking despite a cold killing activity levels a bit. Struggles were not giving into emotional eating (grief/stress). Funeral week starts tomorrow with a big pasta meal at an Italian restaurant with the entire family on Friday

    Successes/struggles this week: I weighed myself on Friday and was very happy with the lose! I REFUSE to weigh myself today because it is that time of the month now and that will only wreak havoc on my motivation. I will start back with Monday weigh in's next week.

    Weekends in general are my struggle.. but I am getting through them... allowing my self 1-2 cheat meals a weeks (out out of 21 meals I dont think that is too bad). I have also cut out alcohol for the past 2 weeks. This weekend I know we are celebrating a birthday and I am going to want to have a few drinks.. what does everyone do in that situation?? ugh why cant be skinny be EASY??? lol.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was on a roll with tracking from Monday to Friday which helped with a weight loss but then completely jumped off the bandwagon this weekend and didn't bother. Have not weighed in today because it's my time of the month and I tend to balloon. Getting back on track today with tracking and trying to get that water in again.

    Honestly I thought I was going to stay the same this week. Didn't really have my eating on track like I should have. One thing I was proud of myself was that two times this week I went to the gym twice a day. I went in the morning and then again at night which usually takes a lot of psyching myself out to do.

    Successes/struggles this week: I haven't been wanting to exercise so I've just been cutting calories and trying to move a little more, but I think I'd be happier if I had some extra calories. Last night I ate quite a bit. I'm happy with my loss. Being so short, I have a calorie allowance of 1260 a day to lose a pound a week. Not quite sure how I lost so much this week, must be water weight.
