    Successes/struggles this week: I haven't been wanting to exercise so I've just been cutting calories and trying to move a little more, but I think I'd be happier if I had some extra calories. Last night I ate quite a bit. I'm happy with my loss. Being so short, I have a calorie allowance of 1260 a day to lose a pound a week. Not quite sure how I lost so much this week, must be water weight.

    Successes/struggles this week: Just been feeling a bit bloated and uncomfortable digestive wise since yesterday, bought some prune juice and it seems to be helping a little bit! X_X Hopefully it will get better soon but besides that I was so happy with last month's results! Hoping I can hit my goal weight again this month! It'd be great to be in the 170s! :D

    Successes/struggles this week: Working late threw me off two nights - a 2-hour commute means that if I'm working late I'm not getting home until 10pm and my dinner will be a packaged sandwich. Success was that I weight trained twice last week which is more than the whole of November. Enjoying the accountability of Internet strangers!

    Successes/struggles this week: Success..I lost 2.25lb. Struggles...There was a lot of unexpected 'eating away from home' challenges this week where I could not weigh the food or accurately calculate the calorie content. I just tried to make the best choices. I feel like I have mastered the art of smiling and politely declining the offers of cakes and mince pies as they are wafted under my nose o:)

    Successes this week: Finally! The scale has been going up and down since November 11th... Success has been sticking to the program and not giving up when the scale wasn't moving. Looking at the NSV's! I haven't lost any weight but I went down a pants size. :)

    Struggles this week: Although, I've lost a good amount of weight so far. I don't see it when I look in the mirror. I took a profile picture of myself to post here. It wasn't worthy enough.....I'm my worst critic. I need to change this!

    The holiday season starts this weekend for me! I have to find a balance of enjoying life and taking care of myself. One day at a time! I'll try my best!

    I'm on a very low calorie diet called Alevere hun. It's my first week so my weight loss is quite high. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: I actually went very high during the week. I'm just glad to be back where I was. Onwards and downwards, but I'm yo-yoing again so don't expect anything amazing :s I also have a couple of high calorie days coming up this week (Uni anime society xmas meal, Uni course final meal, etc.) but I think as long as I stick to my calorie goal (not sure how likely this is considering how it's going!) on the other days I'll be alright.

    Struggles this week: Been having a lot of foot and knee pain makes it hard to walk. It's very trying
