What exercises are you currently doing? Are you logging your food intake and eating at a calorie deficit? That's going to be more important than the exercises that you're doing.

Do you have access to a physical therapist? They would probably be able to give you exercises and direction on what you can do from the wheelchair. If you can't do that, I do remember a video my aunt used to do. She wasn't wheelchair bound but she was extremely overweight and couldn't stand (plus she was on oxygen). I think it was called "Sit and be Fit" or something along those lines. Maybe you could find it online somewhere?

If you are trying to reduce the size of your stomach & hips, you need to lose fat. You don't need to exercise to lose fat, you just need to eat at a calorie deficit. Use MFP to calculate the calories you should be eating to lose weight & begin weighing & logging your food. Exercise will help you gain strength, endurance, and increase cardiovascular health but it is not necessary to lose weight.

If the goal is to reduce the size of your stomach and hips, then the answer is to eat at a calorie deficit. It really is that simple. The small amount of exercise you will be able to do will burn only few hundred calories tops, where as what you decide to put in your mouth can reduce your calorie intake by over 1000 calories every day.

If you can walk a little, then that sounds like great exercise for legs and heart health.
