    Successes this week - Regular gym attendance, felt really positive about staying under my calorie allowance. Stopped eating late at night.
    Struggle this week - Last weeks motivation was sky high and I still feel motivated today, knowing I've organised to go to the gym 3 times this week with a friend, but also feel like next Tuesday is really far away and I worry I will lose focus and determination as the week goes on. Last time I tried to lose weight I could not get under 129lbs for such a long time, I hope I can break through this time and reach 9 stone without too much struggle.

    Hope everyone is doing well! I've seen some amazing weight loss already. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: I struggled entering my food into fitnesspal. We were traveling this weekend, plus Flo stopped by to visit (if you know what I mean) and that added to the struggle, but hey... a loss is a loss, and I'm down a pat of butter! I did work out 4 times last week, plus ran in addition to that. I'm feeling great and walking taller, so even though the scale isn't showing it, I'm motivated and happy!

    Successes/struggles this week: Thanksgiving was a tough time. I went completely off track. One of my everyday struggles is fast food. It's so much easier to eat supper on the way home because it's late when I leave work.

    Successes/struggles this week: Had to go to a baby shower on Saturday where there was very little healthy food, so I overate and didn't have time to exercise. But I still stayed under my calorie goal.
    I walked a 5k on Sunday, then did a full-body weight training circuit, and felt great!
    Yesterday, I weighed myself on the gym scale (not the one I started on) in the evening and was very discouraged. When I weighed myself this morning, I was so happy! I was totally prepared for no weight loss this week. Now I feel jazzed and ready to rock!

    Successes/struggles this week: I've been very committed to counting calories and my exercise routine since the end of October, and have lost about 18 pounds since starting, but now that I'm so close to my goal weight (160 is my final goal) it's going much more slowly. That frustrates me because I really am motivated by seeing the number on the scale change. My biggest struggle is keeping this in perspective and trying to focus on how my body is changing in shape and composition rather than on the number on the scale. I did buy a size 6 dress over the weekend to wear to my husband's holiday party this Friday night, and I look pretty dang hot in it, if I do say so myself!

I ate a lot of fast food on Saturday because I was extremely depressed over the passing of a good friend of mine...tonight is the wake and tomorrow is the funeral...I hope I don't binge eat. But on saturday I seriously needed some comfort food...haven't been working out because I've been distracted by multiple things not only that...will definitely get back on the working out tomorrow night.

I'll do great for a few weeks counting calories and getting to the gym regularly and then just lose all motivation. This is the most I've ever weighed and I'm not at all happy with it. My goal is to get down to at least 140 by next April.

    Successes/struggles this week: I am beyond stoked to see that number! I've been striving to get under 185 since I started in August. My weight loss was at a snail's pace all through September, October, and November, but I feel like that's changed and I'm going to end the new year closer to my weight goal than I thought I could.
