Successes/struggles this week: Working late threw me off two nights - a 2-hour commute means that if I'm working late I'm not getting home until 10pm and my dinner will be a packaged sandwich. Struggles...There was a lot of unexpected 'eating away from home' challenges this week where I could not weigh the food or accurately calculate the calorie content. I just tried to make the best choices. I feel like I have mastered the art of smiling and politely declining the offers of cakes and mince pies as they are wafted under my nose0 -

Successes this week: Finally! The scale has been going up and down since November 11th... Success has been sticking to the program and not giving up when the scale wasn't moving. Looking at the NSV's! I haven't lost any weight but I went down a pants size.
Struggles this week: Although, I've lost a good amount of weight so far. I don't see it when I look in the mirror. I took a profile picture of myself to post here. It wasn't worthy enough.....I'm my worst critic. I need to change this!
The holiday season starts this weekend for me! I have to find a balance of enjoying life and taking care of myself. One day at a time! I'll try my best!

Onwards and downwards, but I'm yo-yoing again so don't expect anything amazing I also have a couple of high calorie days coming up this week (Uni anime society xmas meal, Uni course final meal, etc.) but I think as long as I stick to my calorie goal (not sure how likely this is considering how it's going!) on the other days I'll be alright.0 -

Successes this week - Regular gym attendance, felt really positive about staying under my calorie allowance. Stopped eating late at night.
Struggle this week - Last weeks motivation was sky high and I still feel motivated today, knowing I've organised to go to the gym 3 times this week with a friend, but also feel like next Tuesday is really far away and I worry I will lose focus and determination as the week goes on. Last time I tried to lose weight I could not get under 129lbs for such a long time, I hope I can break through this time and reach 9 stone without too much struggle.

I did work out 4 times last week, plus ran in addition to that. I'm feeling great and walking taller, so even though the scale isn't showing it, I'm motivated and happy!0 -

Successes/struggles this week: Had to go to a baby shower on Saturday where there was very little healthy food, so I overate and didn't have time to exercise. But I still stayed under my calorie goal.
I walked a 5k on Sunday, then did a full-body weight training circuit, and felt great!
Yesterday, I weighed myself on the gym scale (not the one I started on) in the evening and was very discouraged. When I weighed myself this morning, I was so happy! I was totally prepared for no weight loss this week. Now I feel jazzed and ready to rock!0 -

Successes/struggles this week: I've been very committed to counting calories and my exercise routine since the end of October, and have lost about 18 pounds since starting, but now that I'm so close to my goal weight (160 is my final goal) it's going much more slowly. That frustrates me because I really am motivated by seeing the number on the scale change. My biggest struggle is keeping this in perspective and trying to focus on how my body is changing in shape and composition rather than on the number on the scale. I did buy a size 6 dress over the weekend to wear to my husband's holiday party this Friday night, and I look pretty dang hot in it, if I do say so myself!
