Arms = -1, current is 11.5
Bust = -6.25, current is 41.75
Waist = -7, current is 38
Abs = -7.5, current is 38.5
Hips = -7, current is 40
Thighs = -1.25, current is 21
Body Fat % = -10.7%, current is 29.3%
BMI = -5.6, current is 28.6
I wore a size 18 pants last January. I fit comfortably in size 9/10 pants.0 -

SW: 130 (21% bf)
CW: 133 (18% bf) - was down to 114 @ 14% bf. I do bulk/cut cycles to gain muscle)
GW: 130 (16% bf)

I have a small frame
between a US 2-40 -
134 at 5'6", but the sizes I wear differ so much. 8s, usually.
These are all now, not before:
bust: 38
under bust: 35 and it doesn't get smaller! It's all ribs now.
waist: 28 and limited by the large ribcage to a great extent
hips: 38 (37 until I built my glutes)
thigh: 21
Shoulders: take a size 12 for the seams to fit!
So my under-bust can't even get as small as some women's whole bust size, lol. That's frame differences for you!
Wrist measurement doesn't really show my frame, but the elbow measurement says large-framed. My ankles and wrists get smaller than the rest of my proportions (my body shape is spider, lol!)0 -
This is an interesting read. I am 4'11" and I struggle most with waist around my waist. As you will see here...
