Do I have to take something to help my muscles recuperate? After work outs?

eating food after a workout might ensure there's enough protein available for repair and building.0

You definitely want a lot of protein, some carbs, and plenty of hydration. Drink tons of water and have a small snack. Sometimes I make myself a whey shake, but often I have a piece of fruit with nut butter (usually either a banana or apple with some peanut butter) and some skim milk. But maybe you'd prefer a hard-boiled egg or greek yogurt with fruit/oats/nuts or whatever you like. Find something that works for you.0

All you need is a cup of chocolate milk after a workout.0
