How can you do LCHF when you are vegetarian...

    op: I don't think it is possible unless you restrict to solely oils, nuts and seeds.

    depends on the kind. Some do, some don't. (and yes, i know it should be pescatarians... but ...'Merica)

    I was lower carb vegetarian for about a year in my early twenties. Without soy it's even more restrictive and hard to meet calorie goals.

    Nuts and nut butters, Avocado, Olives and olive oil, red palm oil, coconut in all forms (raw, flakes, coconut milk, coconut butter, coconut cream), seeds (chia, flax, sesame, etc.). I hate to say it but if you are trying to follow LCHF as a vegetarian and avoiding soy, you may have a very tough time! :#
