Hi. I'm not overweight, but I feel like I am and I want to loose dome weight but all I do is cardiovascular but I feel I need to incorporate more. I want to start small. I guess I feel fat because I'm short, but I can definitely run because we'll it's a part of my job lol, weird huh.

If you have access to a library, many of them have exercise dvds you can borrow. That way you can try different types of strength training to see what you like best. You can also find full length videos from professional trainers on YouTube. Jessica Smith has a great channel and she also has some great dvds. I love weight training and prefer it to cardio. Good luck.0

Invest in a couple of books - New Rules of Lifting for Women and Starting Strength. Those two between them should get you well on your way.0

I agree with those books. I also had a trainer show me technique the first time I tried it.0

I second New Rules of Lifting, although I'm doing Supercharged with my husband...0
