Need some accountability, and friends

I've been in and out of the app for about 5 years. Through 2 pregnancies. My youngest is almost 4 months and I'm doing my darndest to get back into it. Been tracking my food for a few days now, been getting on the treadmill as well. Feeling great. I have had some PPD this time around, exercise totally helps. For now I am walking, working towards a steep incline. I love to run, but with the extra weight it makes my knees hurt too much.

So, spam me with some friend requests!! Can't wait to get to know everyone again.

    I have also been on MFP on and off for several years. I had a 300 day streak and I had lost 30lbs and was doing well. Then I missed a couple days and felt as though I was spiraling back down. I want to get back on track because for me tracking my food and walking/zumba classes were making a difference. I would love to help support you on your journey! Hopefully we can help each other.
